This session will give an overview of all the key changes in the new CQC framework and how services can prepare for them. It will ensure everyone has a clear, fundamental working knowledge of the new framework, the new language of the framework and the aspects of the framework that will practically impact care services and care staff

This session considers the new evidence categories in greater depth and what is required within each evidence category. This session will also explain the new ways evidence will be collected and scored and how these scores relate to Key Question ratings and the overall service rating.
